Appointments are scheduled based on availability and estimated service time. Customers are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled appointment time. Arrival windows may vary slightly due to traffic, weather, or prior service conditions.

We understand that plans change. We appreciate as much notice as possible for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Same-day cancellations, repeated no-shows, or last-minute changes may result in refusal of future appointments or additional fees at our discretion.

Vehicle condition varies greatly and may impact service time, pricing, and results. Existing scratches, stains, paint defects, wear, odors, pet hair, or interior damage should be disclosed prior to service when possible.

While we strive to achieve the best possible results, some stains, odors, scratches, or damage may be permanent and cannot be fully removed through detailing services alone.

Vehicles with excessive dirt, pet hair, staining, trash, sand, mud, mold, bodily fluids, smoke residue, or other severe conditions may require additional labor and pricing adjustments. Any significant pricing changes will be discussed with the customer before work continues.

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the vehicle during service. Adequate working space is required around the vehicle. Water and power access are preferred but not always required depending on the service being performed.

For safety purposes:

• Personal belongings should be removed from the vehicle prior to service whenever possible.

• Pets and children should remain secured and away from the active work area

Mobile detailing services may be delayed, rescheduled, or modified due to severe weather conditions including heavy rain, lightning, high winds, wildfire smoke, or unsafe temperatures. We will communicate any scheduling changes as early as possible.

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Customers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle upon completion of service. Any concerns should be communicated before technician departure whenever possible so they can be addressed promptly.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept approved electronic payment methods, debit cards, and credit cards.

Failure to submit payment may result in refusal of future services.

While reasonable care is taken during detailing services, 406 Premier Mobile Detailing is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle. Customers are encouraged to remove valuables and sensitive belongings before service begins.

For health and safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse or stop service on vehicles containing hazardous materials or unsafe conditions including:

• Human or animal waste

• Vomit

• Blood or bodily fluids

• Drug paraphernalia

• Mold or excessive biohazards

• Infestations

• Unsafe weapons or dangerous items

Additional charges may apply for approved biohazard-level cleaning.

406 Premier Mobile Detailing is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage

• Mechanical or electrical failures

• Damage resulting from improperly installed aftermarket accessories

• Worn, faded, cracked, or previously damaged materials that may become more visible after cleaning

Certain aged or delicate surfaces may carry increased risk during cleaning or restoration services.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time due to unsafe conditions, inappropriate behavior, inaccessible vehicles, or conditions beyond reasonable detailing scope.
